Malvina Eugenia Rodríguez is a Professor of Communication and Politics at the Institute for Social Sciences, National University of Villa Maria (Córdoba), Argentina, since 2000 and holds the UNESCO Chair in Public Communication for Social Justice, Human Rights and Territorial Development. She is also Deputy Director of the Doctorate Program in Social Sciences at the Institute for Social Sciences, National University of Villa Maria, Argentina, since 2016.
Previously Malvina Eugenia served as Head of the Institutional Communication Office at the University of Villa Maria (April 2018-November 2022) and Executive Coordinator of the Network of Press and Institutional Communication Areas of Public Universities (RedIAP-Argentina, May 2020- November 2022). She has been a Fellow of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Germany) for PhD-Studies at the University of Mainz and the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany) between 2004-2009 and Fellow of the Institute for Policy Studies at the Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, United States) in 2001.
Malvina Eugenia holds a PhD in Social Sciences and Economics (University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany), a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Social Communication (University of Cordoba, Argentina). Her research fields: Political Communication, Digital Communication, Gender and Communication, Citizen Participation, Public Opinion, and International Communication.
