Ayham al-Ghazzy is Executive Director of the Advanced Institute for Policy and Administration Research in Dubai, UAE, and heads the Political Affairs Department at the ETANA Research Centre in Amman, Jordan.

He has worked in several educational academies in the Middle East, as a specialized lecturer in diplomatic protocol, the principles of administrative and political negotiation and business support management, and has supervised the training of executive staffs working in the Middle East region. He has held several diplomatic positions, including that of Diplomatic Attaché – Economic and Media Affairs Officer at the Syrian Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He served as second spokesman for the Vice President of the Syrian Arab Republic between 2007 and 2012.

Ayham has a professional PhD in business support management and negotiations from Hungary, and a BA in Economics, majoring in Business Administration, from Tishreen University, Syria.
